to be invited to the conference to expand it to 14 teams, it would make for a GREAT conference IMO. It would expand the BIG12 Footprint back into Colorado, then Arizona and Utah. Would take it from currently 5 states and bump it to 8 states.

I was thinking if they broke it into North and South Divisions it may look like this (not sure I like how it is set up). But still to be playing these teams on a regular basis would be a huge boost to BYU. That is, if the powers that be accept an invite, or if an invite were ever to come.

You could play your 6 division teams each year, then do a round robin of 3 teams from the other division each year. Would be a rotation type thing where there are 7 teams in each division. Then you have 3 open spots to schedule whatever teams you need.
