I usually go to at least one BYU game against a WCC opponent here in Southern California. Most games at USD, Pepperdine and Loyola arenas are a cheap ticket, like $12-15 for general admission. But when BYU comes to town, they jack up the prices to $30-40 per ticket. This makes it so their fans who don’t have season tickets don’t show up, while BYU fans buy up all the tickets because it’s one of the few BYU games we get to see live. Those games are essentially home games for the Cougs as far as crowd support is concerned. I went to the Loyola Marymount game two years ago, and the crowd was about 90% BYU supporters.
