Its not just Utah doing this but nation wide and schools sent home letters about

the policy change with students of the schools involved. My priests go to Lone Peak. I try to visit the boys in my quorm during the month and when I was at one of the boys home and his mom showed me the letter his home room teacher gave him about leaving bags at home and now you have to have a plastic see through bag.

So if any of you are taking your wife or girlfriend to next week game have them bring a plastic bag. There are signs all over outside Rice Eccles and the Huntsman center.

You can go to most college and sports stadiums and they have it on their webs site. Plus Utah wont do anything but they will ask you to take it back to your car and let youknow they are not responsible for stolen items.

NFL has the same policy for plastic see through bags. I went to a Steeler game they had the same policy.

Utahs policy same as NFL all stadiums were required to adopt this policy

South Carolina

Even Lavell Edwards Stadium has a clear bag policy

Edwards Stadium has adopted a clear bag policy. Approved bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand , with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
