I work in a capacity where I interact with faculty and leadership for all of the schools.

Truth is, each university fills a critical role within CES that the others simply cannot fill. I could go on and on about that but won’t here. BYU is the flagship of CES and the other schools could not do what they do without it. From what I have experienced, if there is any arrogance it is down to an individual here or there exercising pride and not the university or CES as a whole.

And by the way, I have seen arrogance and pride go both ways..
