Is it pronounced "All- jeer" or "All-guyer"? Looks like the latter to me, but
I've heard it pronounced "All-jeer" but only by silly game announcers. Makes me wonder if they're confusing the capital of Algeria (Algiers) with a name of a similar spelling.
