Where's the neither, have different health goals option?
I don't really care how I weigh at all, I'm working on strength (which is not the same as weight), speed, flexibility, that kind of thing in a functional way to improve how well I can accomplish certain goals. I mean, I see the option about intentionally gaining muscle but that's not really it. More like intentionally trying to do better at X, and getting stronger/faster in the process.
