I just watched it again and didn't see that. The only stiff arm that was around
the helmet was the first one, and it was directly on the face mask, but with an open hand without actually grabbing the face mask. That stiff arm didn't result in the defender getting pulled to the ground. It was the second defender that went to the ground, but that was a push to the ground, not a pull.
