If you look at the star rating of the Texas vs BYU recruits in volleyball.  Texas should have crushed BYU.  The team is really playing well and beating teams with higher rated players.  As a result they will probably start getting even higher rated players.  (Who wouldn't want to play for someone with Heather Olmstead's track record of winning and developing talent).  Wish the football team would follow suit.
