there was a good reason cafe rio always had the massive lines back in the day and the others did not. Costa vida has pretty bland flavors for their pork/chicken salads and burritos, Bajio's was similarly disappointing.

Rio used to be amazing. Now I don’t go there if I have a choice. Costa Vida is much better these days.

Cafe Rio is dirty and disorganized. In addition to that, they don't have refried beans, and their steak is inferior.
