Never said 100%....
these are 18 year old kids being bombarded with visits and basically told they're the greatest thing in the world and that the school is going to build their entire program around them. They are flattered and complimented and sucked up to for months and months leading up to signing day.
All I am really telling CBers is to not stress over it. Chase committed to BYU for a reason and in the end that reason has not changed. Utah is doing a great job of recruiting him though, they're making it tough.
