I think he'll take the job but that's not a bad thing for Utah

when two of your coaches take HC positions and almost all your staff gets promotion opportunities at other schools.

Now, Utah has 3 in-state HC under the KWhitt tree. It's a great selling point to would-be coaches that KW helps you further your career.
