I've read the article
Weinstein's MO was to set up a meeting in his room with an unsuspecting actress and duress them into sex. There's no argument that those actresses are victims.
It does appear there is a 2nd subset of women (not covered by the article) who knew of Harvey's reputation about sexual favors for movie roles. Some women were interested in that trade and made it happen. Those women are not victims.
