Does your current city stink? And pay adjustment should be more than just the cost of living. Because if it is just the same job, with similar relative pay and promotion potential then what is the point?

I’m sure you’re familiar with the city and at least you speak the language/ customs. But not having the same access to modern comforts and doing without are par for the course on missions- and you get use to it. It may be harder when rules don’t prevent you from doing what you want. Jmho
