to replenish the local schools. Stanford and Cal do the same thing....I forget the #'s....but I believe Cal has two local kids....and Stanford 0......and guess what? It's not working out for them. They were better when places like Oakland were producing players in mass and feeding them to their schools. It's usually not a good sign when your team has to have half the roster be International - it means something is wrong locally.
