is something to be said for consistency, for continuity of rosters. so little continuity on NFL rosters due to that hard cap, which leads to so much inconsistency year to year, game to game. i won't begrudge you thinking that's a good thing, i just disagree.

back to the cowboys - they beat the Saints one week and look dominant in doing it. they must have turned a corner, they must be great. oh wait. apparently not dominant, just lucky. 23-0 loss in a big deal of a game. a game they need to be trying to win. or maybe the saints aren't really that good. who knows. eagles won the super bowl just last year and now they suck. sorry, not convinced that's a good thing.
