Then you are seeing a top ranked PAC against losing teams. However, if Oregon defeated a Michigan State team in  2014 that is certainly a good win.  So we could look up games and  see all games and how each of those wins and losses add up.  I am just saying most  people I know on East Coast feel PAC compares to the  ACC (excluding Clemson) as the worst P5 schools. 

You normally have 1 or 2 PAC teams who rise up and have a great team but for the most  part we do not feel the PAC is great.
