Yes, the only place I disagree with that is in the trenches. OL and DTs in the system we are trying to run need to be beasts and maulers. Getting athletic projects on the OL in a Spread system can definitely work. In a Pro-style, run based type of system like Grimes wants to run, players like Gunderson, Mitchell and Freeland don't seem to fit. They all could develop of course. They could become freaks, add 50 pounds and tons of strength. But, guys who are already maulers in HS like Sapapolu seem to be better fits for what we are doing.
