The players will almost always find more motivation from good energy in the fanbase than from constant criticism coming from the very group that should encourage them the most. Not saying I'm a perfect fan, but when I see public negativity about the team it kinda pisses me off. These guys want to win! Most of them are doing their best. *Mini rant over
