the crowd audibly groaning at times when he'd go to throw it in games because he was so off. He was a great running quarterback and an athletic freak, But you need a qb that can actually throw the ball and Wilson can do that way better than Taysom ever could. I'd take any quarterback we've had that can actually sling it like John Beck, Max Hall and Zach Wilson over Taysom Hill any day. There's a reason why people were clamoring for Tanner Mangum to start over Taysom Hill in 2016. The guy averaged a 56 percent completions in his only two full seasons he played here. Even sub par QB's can average above 60 percent.
