I don't recall the theme of the MASH episode. Nor do I remember the exact context but there is a scene where one of the protagonist characters maybe Hawkeye or Trapper but I don't recall, is trying to get something to happen and is dealing with the Army bureaucratic red tape. There is a clerk either on the phone or in person asking them " do you your form XXXX-stroke J" and Hawkey is like "what is a form XXXX-stroke J?" The guy says "we don't go to latrine around here without a XXXX-stroke J"
I can't recall the exact number of the form or exactly how it was phrased but the way we have become dependent on stupid forms at my work lately I am wanting to drop this quote sometime and I just can't recall it. I did some youtube searches but I clearly don't have enough of the quote to find anything meaningful.
