I mean, I’m not freaking out about the hire. I don’t think this is gonna get any national headlines.

But it’s not like this hire is a negative thing for Utah. It’s someone who knows Whitt. And who left Utah when he did for a better job (going from a G5 coordinator to a P5 coordinator).

If anything, it’s a safe hire. And considering Utah finished last season ranked, that’s probably not a bad thing to go with the safest option.
