We average $225 year round in FL, but that includes $40 of electric vehicle
charging. Our water heater, dryer and oven/rage are also electric. Also, our winter heat (if necessary) comes from a heat pump which is also electric. In the summer we max out around $270.
We have our thermostat set to 76 during the day and 73 (in the master bedroom) at night during the summer. We use an ecobee that goes into away mode automatically when we leave the house.
