out occasionally. Well now a few months later, I went to the gym and got on the treadmill. 3 min into a light jog I could tell the hamstring hadn't progressed at all. I stopped running, stretched it out really good, got back on the treadmill and this time 7 minutes later it started getting that weird feeling again.
Beside stretching the hamstring really good everyday, what would you do to heal it back to normal?
I'm 35, 5'6 165-175
