He was a good game coach, but doesn't have the desire to be a college coach.

I understand that, it's not for everybody, but Pugh was a machine on the recruiting trail talking to guys because this is what he wants to do with his life. We need more of that, not the guy that wants to coach when it's convenient for him and his family.
