Why would you say no to Dallas without knowing what caliber of coach he is?

There are companies that lose great employees because they are obsessed with hiring people from the outside instead of promoting from within. Considering how valuable Dallas could be to the program if he is a good coach (which none of us really knows for sure), writing him off immediately seems like a horrible strategy.

Pugh and Grimes have both been OL coaches at BYU and neither is LDS.
