they have the ball and the defender extends his hands toward ex. Haws, Haws will sweep the ball upwards from underneath the defender's hands, thus drawing contact. Emery did it a couple games ago, but the ref called a foul on Emery instead (it was a bad call). Haws did it in the last game and the ref called the foul correctly.
