Guess I won’t be giving feedback to applicants anymore.
Guy interviews and I felt bad because he was nice but failed interview.
I decided to call him back and gave him some feedback and invite him to reinterview in a few days. Giving him benefit of the doubt.
He made a formal complaint to the company against me and the interview.
I give up.
