It would be one thing if he was like, "Hey officer, I realize this is unusual and you probably haven't seen anything like this before but I can assure you that I have done this before and all the paperwork I have is legit. You can call it in if you like but I know what I'm talking about."

Instead he just hands him a bunch of papers and laughs at the dude for not knowing what is going on. Not a good look for the cop to act like he knows what is going on but he's a police officer, it's kinda his job to keep control of situations.

Again, not a fan of taping police officer interactions with the intent of making them look bad. Not good the country. We need more respect for police officers, not less.
