Fair.
I make my kids clean my whole house (my wife and I help). They are hard workers. Maybe I’m over the top. But I had to do the same plus take care of a huge yard growing up and I attribute it to my success and work ethic today.
If I was a billionaire I wouldn’t get a house cleaner. But that’s just me.
