Thinking about taking the Priests' quorum to a full day firearm self-defense

training course taught by professionals (ex-military). They would be given a holster, Glock 19 and then, under heavy supervision, learn to draw, shoot, maneuver and the basics of clearing a room. The site would have one of the fake houses used for training police.

Good or terrible idea? Anyone here done anything similar with the YM?

We could have a total of 17 boys and 3 leaders attend.
