waffle. Canal tour would be fun in good weather. Then pick a museum to go see ... they have a lot of them, and they are great. I recently had one day in Amsterdam and chose the Dutch Resistance museum because it lines up with my interests, and I loved the 3 hours or so I spent there ... just loved it. But there are other museums you may enjoy such as the Van Gogh one, Anne Frank home, Maritime museum, and many others.
