pretty bad on the inside of my heel and the inside ball of my foot. I have a medium-to-high arch. I wear some Nike Hyperfuse from about 5 years ago (I don't play often enough to feel justified buying a new pair of shoes...) and my current insole is worn out.

I don't wanna drop $70 on insoles (might as well get new shoes at that point), but Amazon has some options for about $20 that seem interesting.
