well i think we see RT scores like a letter grade sometimes. they are not
basically if a critic says a movie was good, it's a yes, bad it's a no. there is no rating for how good it is other than the number of reviewers that say its' good.
everyone can agree a movie is good, but none that it is great and it'll get a high score.
