I gotta give you respect for even considering Curry that way. Most Lebron fans I know ignore what Curry has done. I now promise to read all your NBA takes with much more respect and consideration! 🙂

I think defense probably hampers him enough to where it can't be considered. Although he improved his defensive game a lot over the years, leading the league in steals once, etc. Just doesn't have the size or speed in general for that. I have a friend (not a warriors fan) who thinks that Steph's second NBA MVP season might be the greatest of all time (at least in the modern era). He shot 50/45/90 and averaged over 30ppg for a season! That is nuts! Regardless, it seems a lot of people just want to hate on Curry any way they can. But I get it because while I begrudgingly respect Lebron, I love to try and take him down a notch. Someone on CB a while ago said Curry was the most over-rated MVP of all time...we all have a lot of bias I suppose.

Michael Jordan was MVP AND Defensive Player of the year in the same season. That might be the greatest season of all time considering the defensive aspect. It seems unreal.
