Speed in Rasul’s film is coming from an area where opponents have similar speed on the roster and players going to FSU, LSU, Miami, Bama. Not SUU, Weber St., or Snow college or if any post HS ball is an option. Huuuge difference in competition my friend. Nothing is a guarantee but there’s a reason the schools mentioned flock to Miami and South Florida and it’s talent and speed. Haven’t seen many of those schools in Utah looking for talent! Even Staley played against poor competition but we all know he was for real! If you can do it against the best it is a good signal you can take it to the next level too. That’s the art of recruiting!
