Everything has to come together for us to win. And that just can't happen consistently. We're poor defensively. We often have way too many turnovers. We're not a respectable 3-pt shooting team. We seldom get good play out of more than two players. Sometimes we just don't want to hustle. There are just too many things for Rose to fix. Too often we're a one-step forward, two-steps back kind of team. I can't see us winning a conference championship (or even coming in second) in the foreseeable future. Further, too many of our quality players are married. That isn't a bad thing, except that they want to take the quick money and run to international pro teams instead of finishing at BYU.
