IMO, players in a split second try to gain every advantage they can in a game.
It’s the refs’ job to call an unbiased fair game. Just because he arrived early doesn’t equate to cheating. It’s just a penalty.
If you want to stand behind that logic, then BYU also cheats in games because of the multiple penalties each team (FB,BB, etc) gets. I doubt there has been a game BYU has played penalty free.
