And from the video it doesn't look like the car was moving fast enough or turning sharp enough to generate enough momentum to eject the kid sideways out the door. But obviously it happened, just seems really weird.

And yeah, odd that she slows down after the kids falls out, but then speeds up and drives away. Doesn't seem like cultural difference would explain something like that.
