program over the past 5-7 years. Defense has been nonexistent and player development has been just about equally poor but somehow it's everyone else's fault except Rose.

Since 1975 the only time BYU went 4+ years without a Tournament appearance was during and after the Roger Reid destruction of BYU Basketball. Rose is now entering that territory yet because Reid has very poor PR skills he received tremendous criticism (which I believe he more than deserved) but since Rose has good PR skills and is a cancer survivor somehow he avoids responsibility for the significant decline and under performance of the program under his direction.

Rose bears complete responsibility for the fact that his teams haven't played defense in years, lack discipline on offense and his players don't get better.
