The lawsuit is ridiculous. Please let it be tossed. That said,
not that he'll do it as it would have needed to be decided to be done already; what would have been your thoughts if the commissioner had used his authority to reset the game back to the moment of the missed PI, only this time the PI is called and the game resumes with the penalty assessed?
Would that set a bad precedent?

It was a terrible missed call but the precedent set by ruling in favor of a suit like this would destroy sports
