As I was checking in today I made the split decision to go with 0 instead of O for my confirmation number. Turned out to be the wrong decision and probably cost me a couple spots.

I know I should have copied and pasted, but I was in a hurry to get it done. For something as high stakes as Southwest check-in they should remove all possibility of user error so we can see who truly is the fastest at hitting the button as soon as the clock ticks over.
