So as physical therapist who has rehabbed similar injuries I'm going to say
he is done. People that I have work with that require external fixation (the leg Halo) really seem to have a hard time.
I have rehabbed several people with similar injuries (from some kind of trauma, usually care accidents) and the recovery I'd just tough. Their mobility comes so slowly and they just don't seem to get back to 100%.
