They lost out on a saftey they were high on recently so they reached out to Nephi and he immediately went to Utah. I don’t know how good he is honestly but something like that would have never happened even 10 years ago. I’m not a “pie in the sky” guy but it’s easy to see the advantages they have over us from a program perspective. Education, environment, etc., notwithstanding.
