Not kidding, one of the guys at work bought a good treadmill

and plays an hour of console video games in the morning while on the treadmill. He has gotten amazingly good at doing both (said it took a few falls in the first few weeks) and he lost 30-40 lbs and is well in the low range of BMI and has kept it off.
