I think there's a good case to be made for having everything on there.
Sure, it means that DVD sales will drop, but it also means that people won't ever cancel their subscription. Would you rather have someone buy a DVD once a year or pay you $10/mo to ensure their kids have access to all of the Disney movies all year?
