Attendees want to be motivational speakers themselves. Bunch of narcissists.
The people I know who are way into motivational speakers have an inflated sense of self. They're constantly giving unsolicited advice. They oversimplify real problems — world and personal — and pretend to be experts on every topic.
They're narcissists. That industry is full of them.
