Delta caused a flight delay that made me stay in Atlanta overnight and wait 2 hours in a line with one customer service agent for the whole plane assigning hotels... who would leave periodically for 15 minutes at a time, leaving us all waiting without assistance.

Southwest did the same with my wife and kids in San Diego... 5 hour delay causing them to take a flight the next day. Gave us $800 in flight vouchers.
