My to do list is more along the lines of: talk to an accountant, get cheaper

auto and health insurance, get in to Honda to see what that funny noise my car is making is about, maybe get a new laptop, get these new guys at work trained up, and make enough money to pay for all the aforementioned crap.

I couldn’t think about housing right now if I wanted to, short of some kind of disaster.
