I listened to an interview with D Lindsey on 1280 where he pretty much said they were happy with the team and believed this group will still do great things this season.

I am not so sure. If he means win a first round playoff series, I think that is possible. Unless we see dramatic improvement in focus the remainder of the season that is their ceiling.

Possible first round matchups don't look great for them either. Right now I don't see them getting past OKC, Houston and even Portland. Each of these teams right now present matchup challenges and I think we have seen recently how Portlands 5 out sets on offense and Houston's switching defense cause the Jazz fits. OKC is just a better team right now. They are not the same team the Jazz beat last season.
