Uh, Vince McMahon. He's kind of a big deal. And say what you want about him...
The guy knows what it takes to entertain. In watching the ESPN 30 for 30 special on the XFL ("This Is the XFL") it's pretty clear that he has learned from his mistakes the first time around. I can see the XFL being hugely successful.
